Roadmaster Driving School (Orlando) Dear Roadmaster Staff Members, Thank you! Our Roadmaster experience was a positive one. The entire staff seemed genuinely happy to assist students and truly concerned with our progress. You feel at home from the time you enter the building and meet either of the two (2) beautiful young women who operate the Roadmaster front desk. Even the maintenance person makes your day with a smile, not to mention his meticulous cleaning and upkeep of the property. Edith Nieves helped to start our journey. Her willingness to answer questions and her ability to outline the program, immediately removed the fear of Roadmaster just being another fly-by-night, get-your-money-and-run set up. You instantly feel as though you can trust her. Thanks Edith! Dawn's professional and easy going manner made signing away our lives almost painless. There was no doubt that she wanted to help us get our financial "stuff" in order so that we could complete the program and graduate. Thank you Dawn! Dan was a great instructor. His ability to interject humor and life experience into his lessons, made what could have been frustrating and overwhelming, a bit clearer and easier to digest. Thanks Dan, for helping us pass our CDL permit test with flying colors! Moving into week two was very stressful. Those trucks were huge! But our yard instructors moved forward as though it were perfectly normal to drive a building. They also shared their experiences and took the time to nurture those of us who were intimidated by the mere size and "backwards" right and left of the trucks. All of the yard instructors were great, but Mark's smooth and easy-going manner (and his Trucker's Dance) and Moses' almost fatherly approach to teaching made the difference for me. Hansel thought everyone was cool. This program was amazing!! It almost seemed impossible to learn so much in such a short time! It is obvious that the great leadership at Roadmaster (Orlando) makes a difference. Despite "technical difficulties", students' personal crisis' and even extreme weather, Ron held it all together with the help of his phenomenal supporting cast... Doug (less), Doug (more), Jose, Ray Pepper, Bucci, Al, George, Jim, the sweet guy I stressed out by failing my P.T.I., Felix, Ray and all the guys in blue. Thanks guys! Needless to say we made it through week three!! We have jobs, thanks to the wonderful efforts of Delores. Her guidance was priceless. She has a great rapport with the trucking companies. Her connections seem to expedite the process. Thank you Delores! In conclusion, we would recommend the Roadmaster Drivers' Program to anyone looking to improve their future! Without a doubt, Roadmaster changes lives (by empowering people with education), impacts communities (by helping to employ people), and ultimately leaves its print on this great country... one load at a time! Keep on trucking & be blessed, Hansel & Veronj H. _________________________________________________________________________ To: Roadmaster Driving
School Inc. From: John G. B. I enrolled in your Driver
Training School that started on August 25, 2008 and completed on
September 12, 2008. It was 160 hours and 16 ten hour days. I am very
happy with the results of your school. From the beginning to the
end, it was a learning experience. I encourage new students to sit back and think of what they are
doing and expecting out of your school. I would encourage them to be
there everyday and appreciate the people training you. If you do
that you will have a successful experience.

Roadmaster Drivers School, Starting Sept 19th 2007 to the date of this letter, I have logged over 16,000 safe, accident-free miles due largely in part to the education and hands-on training I received at Roadmaster School. EVERYONE at your school was wonderful to work with. All instructors were very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. All of which made learning (what can be a very complicated learning curve) relatively easy, and obtaining the class A CDL a breeze. Fortunately for me, the instructors had a sense of humor too. All other staff there made everything from getting started to getting hired as a professional OTR driver with a very reputable company easy and simple. They pretty much did it all for me, all I had to do was to fill out the applications and they took care of the rest. After one week my phone was ringing from trucking companies wanting to hire me! I LOVE MY JOB! I am very proud to be a professional driver, and being a contribution to our nations economy and the nation's largest industry. I am also very proud to be employed with Watkins and Shepherd Trucking. And to be a graduate of Roadmaster Schools. I
will always be an advocate of driver training schools as I further
my career as a driver and beyond. And I will always promote
Roadmaster Schools with the highest recommendations. Please feel
free to use me as a reference any time. Thank you for the step up. Sincerely,
________________________________________________________________ Dear Ms. Hall, I would also like to comment on one particular instructor -George. I was having difficulties in shifting and traffic checks right up to the last day of driving. I was having doubts in my ability to pass the road test. Fortunately I was assigned to George's truck for my next to last drive. I credit him for helping me fine tune my driving skills. After that hour with George, I felt like a "switch" had been turned on. In the afternoon I was assigned to another road instructor. He was impressed with the improvement from our ride the day before. George is a very good instructor and is an asset to your organization. I would recommend each student be given at least one driving session with him towards the end of their instruction to smooth out the "rough spots". I begin orientation with Werner Enterprises on August 4.
I'm looking forward to beginning my new career, which would not have
been possible without the help of all of you at Roadmaster Drivers
School. I will definitely recommend you to everyone I meet who is
interested in becoming a professional driver.
Sincerely, Mark Parsons |
